An independent accountancy practice keen on internal development and progression are seeking to appoint a Training Manager for their Accounts team.
The Training Manager will be joining an established accountancy team and focusing on development of Trainee Accountants. This role involves mentoring and guiding up to three trainees at a time, ensuring they develop key accounting skills and gain practical experience. When training is not required, the role will involve assisting with accounts preparation and VAT submissions.
